Philippines scores ‘A-’ from Japan Credit Rating Agency – GMA News Online

The Japan Credit Rating Agency Ltd. (JCR) has upgraded the Philippines’ foreign currency long-term issuer rating to ‘A-’, as it said it expects the current economic downturn to be “limited.“The rating indicates that the country has a “high level of certainty to honor the financial obligations.”
